PlotVisionAI is under active development by Landforms Design Inc. Features described on this site are a mix of what works today and what is being built, and pages say which is which. Nothing here should be read as a promise that a specific feature will ship on a specific date.

Concepts are visualizations, not construction documents

Images produced by PlotVisionAI are concept visualizations for discussion and design decisions. They are not engineering drawings, permit sets, surveys or construction documentation, and they do not establish base depth, drainage design, footings, structural wall design, code compliance, setbacks or utility locations. Any quantities shown are estimates for discussion, not a bid or a binding price. Always have a licensed contractor and, where required, a licensed engineer review and price the real work.

Payments, credits and refunds

• Prices are in US dollars and may change prospectively. Existing purchases and written corporate agreements keep the terms that applied when they were made.
• Every plan includes a set number of credits rather than unlimited use. A credit is spent when the tool runs an AI generation or a revision, and the cost is shown before you confirm.
• Credit metering and billing are live. Rollover of unused monthly credits is not promised unless a written corporate agreement says otherwise.
• Checkout is processed by Stripe. Stripe’s terms apply to the payment itself.
• If a paid service does not deliver what was promised, email us and we will review the issue and make it right when appropriate. Questions about Expert Design or Corporate plans: contact.

Your content and your rights

You keep ownership of photos you supply and of concepts generated for your project, including client work. You confirm you have the right to supply the photos you send. We will not publish your property or images in marketing without your written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use the tool to misrepresent a completed project as built when it is a concept, to present a concept as an engineered design, or to produce imagery of a property you have no right to use. Concept images shared publicly should be identified as concepts.

Trademarks

PlotVisionAI™ and Backyard Sports Center™ are unregistered trademarks used by Landforms Design Inc. No claim is made to federal registration and no priority of use is asserted. PlotVisionAI is a working name pending trademark clearance, and it may change.

Liability

The site and the tool are provided as they are, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Landforms Design Inc is not liable for construction decisions, costs or damages arising from reliance on a concept visualization without professional review. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, where Landforms Design Inc is organised, wherever in the world you use the tool.
