What this site collects, which is very little.

The short version

This website is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no database and no server-side form handling. The contact form does not transmit anything from this page — pressing the button opens a draft in your own email app, addressed to us, and nothing is sent until you press send there.

What we collect

• Nothing you type into the contact form is stored or transmitted by this site. It is used only to build the draft email in your own mail app.
• Email you choose to send us arrives in an ordinary mailbox at backyardsports@gmail.com and is kept only as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the project.
• Payment information is collected by Stripe on Stripe’s own hosted checkout pages. We never see or store your card number. Stripe processes that data as a payment processor under its own privacy policy.
• Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs such as IP address, request time and user agent for security and operational purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and, at the time of writing, no analytics or marketing tracking scripts. If that changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live. Third-party pages you choose to visit — Stripe checkout, Facebook, landformsusa.com — set their own cookies under their own policies.

Your images and concepts

Photos you email us are used to answer your enquiry and to prepare a concept for you. We do not publish a customer property, address or photo in marketing without asking you first, in writing. The contact form includes an explicit permission checkbox for exactly that reason.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing backyardsports@gmail.com or calling (319) 899-4322. This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

PlotVisionAI is in early access and the product is still being built. When accounts, credit metering or analytics are introduced, this policy will be updated to describe them before they are switched on. See also the terms of use.
