PlotVisionAI™ works on the property you already own. You start with a photo, say what matters, and get a concept drawn in that same frame — then change it until it is right, instead of arguing about a description.

The order matters. Everything starts from the real property, so the concept has your grade, your house and your trees in it — not a stock yard that happens to look nice.

    Start from the real yard

    A phone photo from eye level is enough. A drone still works too. Shoot from where you actually stand and look, because that is the view you will judge the finished job from.

  2. 02 / MARKUP

    Show what should change

    Draw directly on the photo using Add/plant, Feature/hardscape and Remove/change colors. Add a short note if placement needs explanation. Unmarked areas stay protected in a targeted concept.

  3. 03 / DIRECTION

    Choose the design settings

    Select one project type, then choose a style or No Theme, the design elements you want, your location and budget. Native Plants & Materials uses the location to guide climate-appropriate suggestions.

  4. 04 / GENERATE

    See it in your own view

    Choose a targeted concept for 1 credit, a full category redesign for 2 credits, or a Full Backyard redesign for 3 credits. The exact cost appears before you confirm.

  5. 05 / REVIEW

    Compare and refine

    Compare the concept with the original property photo, save the project and use revisions only when the direction needs another pass.

  • Base depth, aggregate spec, compaction or drainage engineering
  • Frost depth, footings, and structural wall design
  • Local code, setbacks, permits, pole height or light spill limits
  • A binding price — quantities shown in the demo are sample data

PlotVisionAI is a visualization and communication tool. It is explicitly not sold as construction documentation, and a concept is not a substitute for a licensed contractor pricing and building the real thing. Credits

Generations and revisions run on credits.

Every plan includes a set number of credits rather than unlimited use. A targeted concept uses 1 credit, a full redesign within one specialist category uses 2 credits, a Full Backyard redesign uses 3 credits, and a Presentation Board uses 5 credits. The exact cost is shown before you confirm. The $29 Starter Pack gets you 9 concept designs, 3 presentation boards and 3 planning budgets. The 3 Project Trial is $59 (Starter Pack ×3) and the 5 Project Trial is $99 (Starter Pack ×5). Need more concepts after a pack? Buy credits in the app.
