From one photo of your yard to a concept everyone can actually agree on.
PlotVisionAI™ works on the property you already own. You start with a photo, say what matters, and get a concept drawn in that same frame — then change it until it is right, instead of arguing about a description.
AI concept visualization A whole-yard concept at dusk. AI concept visualization, generated to show the level of finish a concept aims for — not a photograph of a completed build.
Four steps
Capture, direct, generate, share.
The order matters. Everything starts from the real property, so the concept has your grade, your house and
your trees in it — not a stock yard that happens to look nice.
01 / CAPTURE
Start from the real yard
A phone photo from eye level is enough. A drone still works too. Shoot from where you actually stand and
look, because that is the view you will judge the finished job from.
02 / DIRECT
Say what matters
Pick the categories in play — patios, night lighting, courts, retaining walls, pools, fencing, lawns
and flowerbeds — and mark what has to stay: the maple, the drainage path, the window you do not want
blocked.
03 / GENERATE
See it in your own view
The concept renders inside the original frame, so the before and after line up. Each generation costs
credits, and the cost is shown before you confirm it.
04 / SHARE
Agree in one place
Send one link instead of six screenshots. Homeowner, spouse and contractor look at the same picture and
the same notes, which is where most of the rework disappears.
Scope, honestly
What a concept decides — and what it cannot.
A concept settles
Layout, footprint and orientation at true scale
Material and colour direction against your actual house
Sight lines from the kitchen window and the driveway
Whether lighting is worth keeping in the budget
Which version of the yard the household actually agrees on
A concept cannot settle
Base depth, aggregate spec, compaction or drainage engineering
Frost depth, footings, and structural wall design
Local code, setbacks, permits, pole height or light spill limits
A binding price — quantities shown in the demo are sample data
PlotVisionAI is a visualization and communication tool. It is explicitly not sold as construction
documentation, and a concept is not a substitute for a licensed contractor pricing and building the real
thing. See the court pairs and the
lighting pairs for what a matched before and after looks
like, or read the FAQ for what is working today.
Credits
Generations and revisions run on credits.
Every plan includes a set number of credits rather than unlimited use. A credit is spent when the tool runs an AI generation or a revision, and the exact credit cost of an action is shown before you confirm it. Starter includes 20 credits once, the Homeowner Project Pass includes 150 credits once, Professional includes 400 credits each month, and
an Add-on Credit Pack adds another 100 credits at any time. Credit metering is still being built, so
nothing on this site is metered today and we are not promising rollover of unused monthly credits until the
billing side is finished.
Design anywhere. PlotVisionAI™ for iPhone and Android.
The same workflow as the web tool, in your pocket on site: photograph the yard where you are standing,
direct the concept, and spend credits from the same account. Built for homeowners and landscape
professionals worldwide.
The apps are in development. There is no store listing yet, nothing to download today, and no release date is being promised — joining early access simply means you hear first.
Screens from the current PlotVisionAI™ mobile build. Project photography is Landforms work; the concept imagery inside the app is AI concept visualization.

Send a photo and the category you care about, and we will show you what a concept for your yard would cover.
