PlotVisionAI™ works on the property you already own. You start with a photo, say what matters, and get a concept drawn in that same frame — then change it until it is right, instead of arguing about a description.

The order matters. Everything starts from the real property, so the concept has your grade, your house and your trees in it — not a stock yard that happens to look nice.

    Start from the real yard

    A phone photo from eye level is enough. A drone still works too. Shoot from where you actually stand and look, because that is the view you will judge the finished job from.

  2. 02 / DIRECT

    Say what matters

    Pick the categories in play — patios, night lighting, courts, retaining walls, pools, fencing, lawns and flowerbeds — and mark what has to stay: the maple, the drainage path, the window you do not want blocked.

  3. 03 / GENERATE

    See it in your own view

    The concept renders inside the original frame, so the before and after line up. Each generation costs credits, and the cost is shown before you confirm it.

  4. 04 / SHARE

    Agree in one place

    Send one link instead of six screenshots. Homeowner, spouse and contractor look at the same picture and the same notes, which is where most of the rework disappears.

A concept cannot settle

  • Base depth, aggregate spec, compaction or drainage engineering
  • Frost depth, footings, and structural wall design
  • Local code, setbacks, permits, pole height or light spill limits
  • A binding price — quantities shown in the demo are sample data

PlotVisionAI is a visualization and communication tool. It is explicitly not sold as construction documentation, and a concept is not a substitute for a licensed contractor pricing and building the real thing. Credits

Generations and revisions run on credits.

Every plan includes a set number of credits rather than unlimited use. A credit is spent when the tool runs an AI generation or a revision, and the exact credit cost of an action is shown before you confirm it. Starter includes 20 credits once, the Homeowner Project Pass includes 150 credits once, Professional includes 400 credits each month, and an Add-on Credit Pack adds another 100 credits at any time. Credit metering is still being built, so nothing on this site is metered today and we are not promising rollover of unused monthly credits until the billing side is finished.

Early access

Ready to visualize your property?

Concepts are produced by the Landforms team from your photos while self-serve generation is being built. Both plans include credits, and checkout is hosted by Stripe.

Checkout is hosted by Stripe and opens in a new tab. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own page, never on this site. Early-access pricing, subject to change — accounts and self-serve generation are still in development. Full detail on the pricing page.

Starter ($19 for 20 credits) is approved but its Stripe payment link is not live yet, so the Starter card opens a request form instead of checkout. The other prices go straight to Stripe.
